• How do I verify that the order has been successfully placed?
As soon as the purchase has been correctly placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order number. If you don't receive any email, we kindly invite you to make sure that the data entered at the checkout are correct. If the system still does not accept your order, we kindly suggest you to contact your bank, as it may have blocked the transaction. You can always contact us for further assistance.
• Can I change or cancel my order ?
As soon as the purchase is confirmed, the order moves immediately to the logistical preparation stage. For this reason, we do not have the chance to make any changes or cancellations.
• Can I place an order over the phone ?
If you need any assistance in order to complete your purchase, please contact our Client Service. Before confirming your purchase, you can choose to receive a payment link directly via email. In this way you can complete the payment transaction with one click, in the safest way.
• How will my Order be packaged ?
Each order will be shipped with a recycled paper box and will contain a ALODIA STORE shopping bag printed our best-selling patterns.
• What is a pre-order and how does it work ?
You can pre-order a selection of items before they are even available. All items are identified by the PRE-ORDER label visible on the product page. You can purchase them and receive them at the address you prefer as soon as it is possible to ship them. If your order is mixed, meaning it includes both available and pre-ordered Items, it may be processed in multiple solutions to ensure Faster delivery . Please note that payment will be made when the package is shipped. You will received a confirmation email as soon as we ship your package. The validity of your card may be confirmed through a payment authorization of 1 euro. This authorization is not a charge: the charge or your credit card will be made only at this time of shipment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
• How can i Return a product ?
To return your product, you need to log in to your account and selected the item you wish to return.
ALODIA STORE will send you an email containing the return authorization and the prepaid waybill to return item.
• Can I exchange an item or change the size ?
Currently, Our return policy does not include direct replacement of the item or a change in size, but a refund.
• Does the return cost ?
The return costs are at customers’ charge, If The Product is Damaged or Issue Occurs From Our Side, Return Cost will Be Free.
• Can I return an online purchase in store ?
Items purchased online or via our Client Service can only be returned via the online procedure.
It is not possible to make the exchange at our store or multi-brands retsilers.

• Which payment methods do you accept ?
You can purchase on our website using the following payment methods:

We do not accept cash on delivery or by bank transfer.
• Can I use multiple payments methods for the same order ?
We currently only accept one form of payment for each order.
• Can I use multiple discount codes for a single purchase ?
Discount codes cannot be combined between them.
You will only be able to use one discount code per order.
SHIPPING
• How can I track my order ?
As soon as your order has been collected by the courier, we will send you an email confirmation with the shipping number to track the parcel.

• Can I change my shipping address ?
Upon receipt of the order confirmation, it is not posible to change the shipping address. As soon as you receive the email with the shipping number you can get in touch with the courier, asking to change the Address.

• How can I register to place an order ?
We kindly remind you that the creation of an online account is not mandatory: you can make your purchases without registering. however, an account allows you to place orders safely, easily and quickly.
• Can I change my account details ?
You can updated and edit your account information at anytime after logging in. You cannot change your email address, but you need to create a new account. If you want close your account, contact us.
• How can I subscribe to the newsletter ?
Please consult our Web site to subscribe to the newsletter.
You can insert your email in the pop up or in the appropriate field, located at bottom of each page.
• Where can i enter the discount code ?
At check-out you will find the section “promotional code”. Once you have entered the code, click on APPLY . Please note that it is not possible to enter the discount code after confirming the purchase.

• The product is sold out, how can i know if it will be re - stocked ?
Currently, you can send an email alodiastore832@gmail.com with the model you want to purchase and the product code that you can find on the product page.
• Is the product available in store?
